- All candidates are informed that to apply for Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission the candidate must possess the prescribed educational qualification as of the date of this notification. The date of this notification will be the crucial date for the calculation of experience including practical experience. The decision of the concerned department (unit officer) on claiming equivalence other than the prescribed educational qualification will be final.
